What services do you provide?

What if I need more pages? What is the cost?

You may add additional pages at any time during and or after the design process is complete. Our design team is here to build you a website to fit your exact needs and specifications. The cost for extra pages added on to one of our designs is $89.00 per page. If you have an existing website that you are looking to add on to let us know and a dedicated project manager will get in touch with you to determine your specific needs and provide you with a quote.

What are your payment policies and what type of payments do you accept?

For our top-notch design team to get started on your custom built website, any project lesser than $3,000.00 you must make full payment up front. This guarantees you a 10% discount. For projects over $3,000.00 we also have options for a 50% down payment at the beginning of the project and 50% 30 days after the date of contract signing. Just like our hosting services, we accept payment through any of the major credit cards. For monthly payment plan services we only accept credit cards and automatic debit services. A $5.00 processing fee will be charged for automatic debit.

Do I need to send a deposit for the work? What is your refund policy?

In order to take advantage of our promotional 10% discount any project lesser than $3,000.00 must be paid in full up front. We also have options for a 50% down payment at the beginning of the project and 50% 30 days after the date of contract signing.

If your project is more than 50% completed as defined by the project manager then there will be no refund. Of course, Itpro Designs has always prided itself on customer satisfaction no matter what. So if an issue arises with the design of your site, we will work with you till you are completely satisfied with the final product.

Can you maintain my website for me after the design work is finished?

Of course! One of our Web Design offerings is our Website Maintenance Service. There is no monthly or up front fee for this package. You only pay when you need it and for what you need! Any time you need changes made to your website, simply contact your assigned project manager and provide them with a description of what changes you need made. He will then give you a detailed price quote for your approval. This will ensure that you always know what you are paying for and provides you with an estimated time of completion. No more monthly maintenance fee’s or hoping your web master has time. Entrust your website to our professional team.

Can I upgrade from the smaller to a larger package?

Of course! If you would like to start out with a smaller package and then at any time feel that one of the larger packages will fit your needs better it is not a problem at all. We can upgrade your web design package for you by adding the additional pages and features of your choice. All that would be required is for you to pay the difference in cost between the two packages and let your project manager know the details of your new pages and features. It’s as easy as that!

Can you customize my WordPress Theme for me?

Yes, we can! From the installation of new templates, to adding images and initial setup our Web Design Team stands ready to help. Simply contact one of our project managers today and they will provide you with a quote on the price and time it will take to complete your design request.

Do I have to host my website with you?

No! The Web Design Packages are offered as a stand alone product separate from our great deals on hosting. Once the design is completed you may take the entire website and upload it to your existing host. Of course, if you do not have a current hosting provider we would be more than happy to discuss some of our fantastic hosting packages that are tailored to fit your needs!

Can I have a bulletin board/guestbook designed?

Can I have a bulletin board/guestbook designed? How much would it cost extra to add this feature?

Yes you can! As one of our available value added features you may integrate a Bulleting Board, a Guest book, or both! These features can be utilized as either one of your packaged features free of charge. You can also purchase these and any of our other features a la carte to integrate with an existing website for $95 per feature.
